With a 1pm start time in Washington, the buses will depart from the Sports Complex at 6:30am with the tailgate party rolling along as soon as the buses pull into the lot.  We'll once again have the pleasure of filling in huge groups of outfield seats with hundreds of fans for the Phillies only weekend trip to the Nation's Capital.
